Over the past years, we've attended many conferences where we were one of only three or four women out of 75-100 in attendance, and very seldom was there a female speaker. We're sure you have had the same experience.  We continue to be surprised, after decades in the industry, how few women have moved up in the ranks to senior positions. At the board level, the representation is even less, and the odds of getting there are low.

After discussing this many times, we decided to form a group of women executives specifically from the home building industry.  The purpose of this group is to:

  • Provide the homebuilding industry with a list of senior executive women to be called upon for speaking engagements, panel participation, board opportunities and mentorship.
  • Become a source for one another to pursue opportunities for working together, networking to open career channels, providing references and recommendations, and sharing information such as articles and books.
  • Mentor and sponsor those who are coming up behind us.

There is no cost associated with this group and your involvement can be as much or as little as you would like.  This is intended to add value to you professionally and also benefit the homebuilding industry as a whole. Your participation is completely optional.

We have a lot of events in the works, and over 300 members.  Once you join, we’ll get you on the list and send you a roster and more info about upcoming events.
